About the Bank:

China construction Bank (DIFC Branch) (CCB DIFC) is a branch of China Construction Bank Corporation. CCB DIFC Branch, holding a Category 1 license, carries out banking business in or from the DIFC. CCB DIFC intend to continue increase its relationships with the Chinese Clients and actively engage in expanding its business offerings in the MENA region to local government, sovereign entities and corporates participating in Sino-UAE economic and trade activities also.

Duties:

1.Assist in conducting risk assessment and development of audit plan for individual audit project.

2.Conduct audit on the Bank's internal control environment to identify control weaknesses.

3.When assigned as Auditor-in-Charge, prepare audit report to undertake assigned audit project to meet audit objectives in a timely and satisfactory manner.

4.Provide value-added findings and appropriate recommendation in written audit report by balancing risks, controls, business and efficiency issues. Prepare audit programs, working papers and audit finding.

5.Follow up on the progress and implementation of rectifications as required to ensure prompt and satisfactory completion.

6.Communication with outsourced third-party companies

7.Undertake thematic or ad hoc assignments.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s Degree and above, preferably in a business discipline such as accounting, finance, management, public administration or computer information systems.

2.At least 3 years of job experience of external and / or internal audits in banking industry, preferably with banking business, AML or credit risk management exposures.

3.Relevant professional qualification, such as CPA ,CIA ,CISA,CFA is a plus.

4.Familiar with the knowledge of finance, compliance, AML and risk management of banking, IIA, internal audit, requirements of DFSA.

5.Sound knowledge of banking operations, internal control system and risk management.

6.Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin Speaking is preferred.

7.Good analytical, communication and report writing skills.

8.An independent, committed and self-motivated team player with multi-tasking and good interpersonal skills.
