The conversion of all assets, liabilities and business from China Construction Bank (Dubai) limited to China Construction Bank (DIFC Branch) is planned to complete during February 26-28, 2016.

After the conversion, China Construction Bank (DIFC Branch) will take over all assets, liabilities and business of China Construction Bank (Dubai) limited. The conversion will not have any impact on the ability of China Construction Bank (DIFC Branch) to fulfil its commitments. All the existing provisions of contract will continue to be effective.
