About the Bank:

Main Duties:
1.Responsible for maintenance and support of ICT infrastructure and application deployed in the branch, including but not limited to network equipment, servers and storage, Active Directory, etc.
2.Installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware components of operator computers, ensuring business operation in the Branch are reliable and stable.
3.Interfacing with the Head Office or local service providers to carry out ICT related procurement and upgrade projects.
4.Assisting in the development, implementation and improvement of information security governance and business continuity plan of the Branch.
5.Assisting in the optimization of IT requirements proposed by business sector.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, preferred with IT and related majors.
2.Good understanding of information technology and prior experience in ICT maintenance and support. Ability to develop automation script.
3.Has more than three years’ IT working experience; experience in financial institutions is preferred.
4.Good written and verbal communication in English, mandarin speaking ability is preferred.
5.Enthusiastic and reliable, willing to work hard and learn new areas of responsibility.
6.Holder of networking or cybersecurity related certification is preferred.
