CCB DIFC transmits the positive energy by "Finance + Charity"

CCB Group insists on giving back to society with public welfare and charity by driving all employees and customers to participate in welfare activities through innovation of the "finance + charity". In 2021, the Group donated RMB 119 million. The CCB DIFC branch adheres to the value orientation of the Group's financial services for goodness, actively fulfills its social responsibilities, transmits the positive energy of CCB in the UAE, and facilitates friendly exchanges between China and the UAE.

In recent years, by actively responding to the call of the embassy and consulate, the local government, and the Chinese Chamber of Commerce, the branch participated in several social welfare activities, mainly including: participating in the "Spring Festival Package" distribution activities, donating to the Chinese School in Dubai, donating anti-epidemic materials, distributing the Ramanan meal to the poor, participating in the campaign of"10 million meals" organized by the Dubai government, "tallest donation box" and "Safe Water Aid." Through the above activities, the branch donated nearly 80,000 pieces of anti-epidemic items, and the amount of donation was nearly RMB 300,000, obtained high praise from all sectors of society. During Ramadan this year, branch employees again donated generously through the "One Billion Meals" campaign amounting to RMB 15,000 to support the Dubai government in providing food assistance to the poor in nearly 50 countries.

With the gradual recovery of the economy and production in the United Arab Emirates, the branch will continue to take an efficient, professional attitude; actively participate in various public welfare activities while providing financial services and supporting local economic and social development.
