About the Bank:

Main Duties:
1.Independent credit proposal preparation and analysis including assessing, and interpreting complicated financial statements information; obtaining expertise in using CCB credit rating templates; making cash flow projections; performing stress testing and scenario analysis; drafting facility covenants and conditions; ability, willingness and loan serviceability assessments;
2.Review of credit proposals including credit rating, line, related checklists; making and expressing credit proposal review opinions;
3.Review of post loan classification and escalation to senior management of PLM and classification issues and Report to RMCC. Calculation of provisioning under IFRS 9 and escalation to senior management of issues in classification and related provisioning;
4.Performing loan administration duties including preparing facility/security/legal documentation and obtain signed documents; coordinate with the department responsible for legal coordination and lawyers for documentation; loan drawdown / rollovers / repayment / prepayment, preparing swift messages for loan disbursement, limits establishment and system updating;
5.Check the credit policy limits such single, group, industry limits and assisting with reporting to front office on line, business and rating expiry for next three months circulation to business;
6.Performing Credit Portfolio reviews and Stress Testing;
7.Completing Monthly, Quarterly and Special Request HO reporting as per timelines and Management Approval. Handle and manage special and ad-hoc projects / assignments or other duties that may be assigned by the Head of Risk Management and Senior Management from time to time.
Requirements:
1.Post Graduate or Professional Accounting/Financial Analyst Certification;
2.A high degree of technical competence and quantitative financial analysis skills;
3.3-5years’ experience as Credit Proposal Preparation/Analysis/Review;
4.Knowledge in risk analysis;
5.Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
