China Construction Bank (DIFC Branch) on 2 March 2023 (Thursday) signed a memorandum of understanding with the Guangxi Department of Commerce to provide financial support for bilateral trade and investment activities between Guangxi and UAE.

The MoU was signed at the China (Guangxi)-UAE (Dubai) Trade and Investment Promotion Conference, a conference co-organized by Guangxi Department of Commerce and Dubai Chambers. This event was held on site in Dubai and online via China Construction Bank’s “CCB Match Plus” platform.

Over 50 UAE enterprises participate in one-on-one talks with 40 Guangxi enterprises, achieving favorable results.

The UAE is China’s largest export market and the second biggest trading partner in the Arab world. As the gateway to global trade, UAE is now attracting increasingly more investments from China. CCB DIFC branch will strive to provide comprehensive information sharing and enhance connectivity between domestic Chinese enterprises with the local companies to encourage more Chinese enterprises to “go global" and contribute to China’s "dual circulation strategy".
