About the Bank:
China construction Bank (DIFC Branch) (CCB DIFC) is a branch of China Construction Bank Corporation. CCB DIFC Branch, holding a Category 1 license, carries out banking business in or from the DIFC. CCB DIFC intend to continue increase its relationships with the Chinese Clients and actively engage in expanding its business offerings in the GCC Countries to local government, sovereign entities and corporates participating in Sino-UAE economic and trade activities also.
Duties:
1.Checking the periodic risk control limits reports on liquidity, market, operational and interest rate risks;
2.Preparing daily LCR, LMR, and other valuation reports;
3.Performing monthly, quarterly stress testing for liquidity, market and other risks;
4.Preparing reports to various committees of the branch. Report;
5.Reviewing all the workflows and risk registers and ensure they are up to date and reflect current practice and procedure;
6.Reviewing Hedge and other models to ensure model standards and guidelines are met
7.Updating related Risk Management Policies and procedures;
8.Performing Local and Head office reporting on a periodic basis；
9.Conducting training sessions on various Local and Head office policies and procedures；
10.Performing other back up tasks as and when it arises.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s Degree and above, CFA and FRM qualifications or candidates will be preferred;
2.Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with a concentration in Finance;
3.Has 3 -7 years’ experience in Risk Management within the financial institutions;
4.Good understanding financial markets and derivates;
5.Familiarity with the local UAE/DFSA regulatory;
6.Familiarity with Bloomberg and Reuters/Kondors;
7.Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
